EMERGENCY CARDS
Please fill out enclosed yellow and blue
emergency/field trip cards and return them to the school office on
the first day of school. It is important we have the cards on
file at all times. Call or send in any changes in addresses,
work/home phone numbers, etc. if they occur after cards are sent
to school.
NOTE: Please include the AREA CODE for your home and or work
number to expedite the school reaching you in case of an emer-
gency.
